BELIEF #1

ACCESS OVER PERFECTION

There is no “yoga body.” There is no level of flexibility you need to reach before you belong here.

BELIEF #2

FEELING OVER FORM

The goal isn't to make your body look a certain way. It's to understand it, support it, and feel good moving through the world.

BELIEF #3

YOGA FOR REAL LIFE

Your practice shouldn't stay on the mat. It should help you move through your everyday life with more ease, strength, awareness, and confidence.

I'M DANIELLE.

I’m a yoga teacher. But I’m also a wife, a mother, a business owner, and a former data scientist, and a lot more. I’ve worn a lot of hats, and each one has given me a different perspective on what it means to navigate a full, complicated, wonderfully imperfect life.

I understand the pressures and expectations we carry, and the many ways society tells us we should look, feel, move, and show up. My hope is to help lighten that load, even in some small way.

Through yoga, movement, and a little curiosity, I invite you to reconnect with yourself—not to become someone new, but to feel more at home in who you already are.

MY STORY

I grew up with well-meaning parents who taught me that the path to a good life was simple: get an education, build a stable career, and become self-sufficient.

Although I was a creative type, I was smart, capable, and good at science, so following the path of my engineer father, a career in STEM felt almost inevitable.

And by most measures, I was successful! In my 20s, I built a high-paying career as a data scientist and checked all the boxes.

But I had never stopped to ask myself what made me happy. I had built a life that looked right on paper, but something never really felt right, and I didn't really know who I was outside of it.

One day I looked up from my cubicle and wondered how exactly I had ended up here. The stress I had been carrying by ignoring my internal voice, caught up with me, showing up in the places my body was already vulnerable: scoliosis and chronic low back pain.

Waking up one day realizing I was facing leg numbness that just wouldn't go away, I realized something had to change. I was too young to feel this stuck, this damaged, so I made a pivot to focus on self trust.

Yoga became part of that journey, teaching me to listen—to my body, my instincts, and the parts of myself I had spent years ignoring.

I learned that once you start stepping into who you really are, there's no going back.

And that's what I want for you, too: the courage to question the stories you've been handed, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels authentically yours.
